  • Bronze: A 4-hour review covering the latest food trends, ingredients, techniques and flavors presented using menu concepts reflecting your brand. Virtual or in-person.
  • Silver: Working remotely with your kitchen team to understand strengths, weaknesses and capabilities. Creating a portfolio of “Specials”, culminating in training sessions, documented recipes with SOP’s and step by step photos. Virtual. Minimum 1 week.
  • Gold: Working as part of your kitchen team to understand strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Supporting your kitchen to provide a menu overhaul, culminating in training sessions, documented recipes with SOP’s and step by step photos. In person. 1 month contract.
